These are programs promoted by merchants in our community that allow you to help raise funds for our school by shopping at businesses you already patronize.

Merchant Programs
  • Amazon

    Bookmark the Amazon link and use it every time you shop with Amazon. New Traditions will receive 0.5% of the proceeds from your purchases.

  • Booksmith on Haight

    Donates 10% of the proceeds from your purchase when you mention New Traditions Elementary at the cash register (Give them the code “NEW TRAD”). Keep an eye out for the community event in early November benefiting many local schools, ours included!

  • Box Tops

    Cut Box Tops coupons out from purchased products and bring them to school. You can place them in the collection box on the shelf by the PTA board, and earn extra Box Tops when you participate and register online:

  • Cole Hardware

    Donates 10% of the proceeds from your purchase when you mention New Traditions Elementary at the cash register.

  • Community Thrift

    Donate items to Community Thrift and tell them New Traditions is the recipient charity. NT will receive 30-40% on the sale of your items. Store is located on Valencia St. between 17th and 18th, the donation door is on the adjacent Sycamore Alley. FYI, they do not take children's clothing or toys.   • Lucky Shares Card

    Lucky will donate up to 3% of the proceeds to New Traditions when you swipe the card at check out. They are in a blue box on Ms. Debbie's desk.

  • Off the Grid

    Come have dinner at the Stanyan and Waller location first Thursday of every month and choose from the School menu! NT gets a $1 donation per menu item. Next dates: 9/18 & 10/16.

  • Register your cards with eScrip

    Every time you use your credit card or ATM at a participating store, or the Mollie Stone’s Community card, Safeway club card or Fresh & Easy Friends card, New Traditions receives a percentage of your purchase.   • Rainbow

    The school will earn 10% of all purchases made with a Scrip re-fillable card purchased through the school. Start with $100 card (or more) and reload as needed at the cashier before they start entering your purchases. See form on the back to apply.

  • Schoola

    Non-profit online consignment that sells gently used kids clothes, 40% of the profits from clothes we send in goes to NT. Link to request a Fed-Ex bag to send your stuff in and support New Traditions:

  • Sports Basement

    Mention New Traditions at the register and you get 10% off, the school gets 5% of the proceeds from your purchase!
